These Spray Hoods are designed for optimum spray pattern for consistent under-hood and post-direct application (see Figure 1). The center skid is adjustable to set hood height which allows the hood to follow ground contours (see Figure 2).

The inset position of the nozzles limits the potential for plant damage that can occur with open directed lay-by sprayer assemblies. The side spray nozzles are also position to provide a consistent post direct spray application into the row.

The Spray Monitor, a simiple gauge, allows you to visually monitor spray tips inside Spray Hoods. It shows you when a nozzel has become plugged or any variation in the application rate.
